Overview

The Stelios Environmental Centre in Pedoulas is a hub for environmental education, established in 2005 through the collaboration of the local community. Located in the former primary school, the Centre offers hands-on classes taught by experienced instructors and attracts students from primary, secondary, and university levels both in Cyprus and abroad. With a focus on the diverse flora and fauna of the Pedoulas landscape, the Centre aims to educate at least 5000 pupils each year on environmental issues. In addition to its educational offerings, the Centre also features newly added sports facilities such as basketball, volleyball, and football courts.
